Every woman is, but so many of us don’t yet feel it.
In this retreat you’ll discover the incredible depth and grace that is within you, in connection with a small, intimate group of like-minded women.

United in sisterhood, we will create a sacred heart-space of belonging, trust and love, an intimate safe container in which deep transformation can take root.

During the retreat you’ll receive deep nourishment for body and soul.
You’ll learn to balance your inner feminine and masculine and to reclaim your vibrant aliveness as a woman.
You’ll practice self-love, acceptance and compassion, to be at peace with your own unique expression.
You ́ll learn to connect deeply with your inner self and to listen to and express those parts of you that are perhaps unseen.
You ́ll have time for self reflection and relaxation , the time and space to finally be, and to allow new ideas and desires to reveal themselves to you
You’ll go back feeling refreshed, revitalized and empowered, with tools to support your continuing journey at home.

PROGRAM
The retreat program offers a luscious blend of activities for your body, mind and soul.
Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it’s a little different every time. And of course, you’re welcome to take part in as many or as few of the activities as you feel inspired. You’re invited to really tap into your own feminine flow, feeling when it’s your time to join the group
or to just relax and enjoy the beautiful space.

Activities include:
*Healing expression   through movement
*Various different types   of yoga
*Art therapy session-   experimenting through   art
*Some very special   rituals, focusing on self   love, forgiveness and   connecting with the   sacred feminine
*Learning and   strengthening the love   and compassion we   have for ourselves
*Aguahara – a unique   aquatic bodywork that   combines elements of   massage, movement   and breathwork,to   help  us connect with   our inner selves, in our   lovely pool.
*Guided meditations,   reflections and   mindfulness activities
*Heart circles to listen   and to be heard in a   safe. loving container

Every day we will be having some group experience time in the water, (in the lovely swimming pool) exploring the flow of our body in the liquid form, meditation, trust and mindfulness practices helping
us to connect with our inner selves.

The retreat will also include special workshops on topics that are very alive for many women, (that you will choose) such as:
*Boundary setting and asking for what you want
*Transforming and freeing ourselves from self- limiting beliefs
*Balancing the feminine and masculine within
*An introduction to tantra
*Creating a deeper connection with your womb and sacred feminine
*Lunar cycles- how finding your own unique rhythm by connecting to the moon can bring us stability and a deeper understanding of ourselves
*Yoni eggs and the deep healing they bring

*Conscious menstruation- how embracing our monthly bleeding can bring deep inner happiness and connectio
